Job Description
Generate consistent, qualified appointments for Account Executives to drive monthly recurring revenue agreements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call on targeted prospect companies to initiate conversations surrounding their current IT needs and handling
  • Set qualified appointments for Account Executives to visit prospect’s location for further conversations
  • Maintain accurate and timely contact activity data in our sales automation tools
  • Identification and documentation of a prospect’s needs and priorities
  • Timely and accurate completion of reports and required paperwork
  • Work closely with the sales team

  •  Education/Experience:
    Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; or one to two years telemarketing or inside sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience setting appointments for an IT product or service preferred.
  • Language Ability:
    Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
  • Mathematical Ability:
    Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Reasoning Ability:
    Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Computer Skills:
    CRM platform experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
